What’s the difference between the three types of services (Start-up // Business // Corporate)?
Access.
There are different roles you can assign to people and each determines the access they have to your page.
With Start-up there is no need for page role assignment as all the needed information to perform the evaluation is already available.
With Business the page role needed to perform the evaluation is called Analyst.
With Corporate the page role needed to perform the evaluation is called Moderator.
Important: There is a page role called Admin. Always make sure you assign this role only to people you trust. Admins have full access to a page and are the ones who can assign roles or revoke access.
If you are having trouble assigning roles, get in touch and we will walk you through the process.
My page is in a language different than English. Is this a problem?
Not necessarily. Currently we can offer evaluation for pages using the following languages:
English
Spanish
French
Italian
Bulgarian
Important: All post-evaluation reports are in English.
What’s the duration of an evaluation?
Evaluations typically take between 7 and 10 business days and start after payment is made and access to the page is granted. Make sure to let us know in advance in case you have a specific time preference for your page evaluation.
Should I freeze all page activities, while the evaluation is undergoing?
Quite the opposite actually. We would hate to interrupt a brand’s routine and especially so while trying to evaluate said routine. Just keep doing what you are doing; you won’t even notice we are there. In the very unlikely event we encounter an issue, which requires urgent reaction, we will contact you right away. You can count on it.
Do you work with all types of brands?
No, no we don’t and thank you for asking. We are confident in the value of the services we provide and we wouldn’t want to assist businesses with shady practices/services/products to reach even more people.
Does my business qualify?
We are sure it does and our apologies, if we sounded mean earlier. Contrary to popular statements we firmly believe that the good prevails in today’s world; the bad is just a bit louder, but we have voices, too, right?

Is there a subscription to your services?
While we love repeat customers as much as the next business, in its essence our services are one-off. We go in, evaluate your page, present you with the best solutions and you take it from there. Seriously, simple as that.

Do you evaluate ads performance?
Currently this is a service we do not provide. But if you are feeling lost with the advertising aspect of your Facebook marketing, why don’t you drop us a line anyway. We have collected some awesome resources over the years and we wouldn’t mind at all sharing the knowledge.
